Based in Mold, Flintshire, North Wales, TheFDF’s Centre for Independent Living (CIL) is a grassroots organisation that provides a wide range of equipment, services and social activities, as well as, impartial, confidential, information, advice, guidance, comfort, support and practical help to people living in Wales who have a physical and / or sensory impairment, including their families and their carers.
Our in-house staff and management team are experienced and knowledgeable specialists who recognise that the problems facing all disabled people, their families and carers are many, varied and often monumental. Our primary objective is to overcome all social welfare and social inclusion barriers and enable everyone, as far as possible, to live an equal, inclusive and independent life.
